As of Monday 13th January 2020, in order to participate in PPORA Club Members races both the Owner and Rider must be a member of the PPORA by declaration of the horse on the day of racing.
The responsibility for checking/ensuring that current membership of the PPORA is in place lies solely with the Owners and Riders.
Entry fees will not be refunded for those found to be ineligible and any Owner or Rider found to have participated in a PPORA race whilst not eligible is liable to be fined and disqualified by BHA.
